General
Q: I don't have a registered business yet, but I
wish to check on the platform whether the prices are interesting for
me. May I register?
A: No, unfortunately not. This b2b platform is only for
registered wholesalers. Private persons are excluded.
Q: Why is there a charge for access? Isn't it possible to
use the platform for free as well?
A: Free platforms are misused and stuffed with not serious
offers. A small fee helps to only attract users, who are seriously in
business.
Q: Can copies of mobile phones be offered on the platform?
A: No, copies are excluded.
Q: Which internet browser ist recommended for GSM-B2B?
A: For best performance we recommend www.mozilla.com
Registration
Q: Do I have to fill in all fields marked with * ?
A: Yes! The account will not be activated otherwise.
Q: Email allerts
A: You may decide, whether you wish to be informed by email
about offers, which match your buying requests or selling
offers. This enables you to react immediately.
Q: How can I leave trading references?
A: Trading references are required for sellers, we cross check on them. The references as such are not forwarded, but upon
request we do provide the information on what kind of references are available and whether the trader seems to be reliable.
My Profile
Q: "Preferred Settings"
A: Here you may chose settings that reflect your profile best. They will be proposed in the beginning of each selling request or
buying offer, but can be changed individually. If, for instance, you are mainly trading with German stocks, this could be a
"preferred setting".
Q: "Comments"
A: You may add further information on your enterprise here. They will be visible to other users.
Q: There are changes in my personal data. How can I modify my profile?
A: Change of data in fields marked in grey need to be sent to us by email.
Buy - post buying requests
Q: "valid from"
A: You may enter the date starting from which your buying request will be visible and also its duration.
Q: "regions"
A: Your buying request may be restricted regionally. You my select "Europe", if you are only searching for European stocks.
Q: How can I leave trading references?
A: Trading references are required for sellers, we cross check on them. The references as such are not forwarded, but upon
request we do provide the information on what kind of references are available and whether the trader seems to be reliable.
Sell - post selling offers
Q: "valid from"
A: You may enter the date starting from which your selling offer will be visible and also its duration.
Q: "price"
A: You may define up to three different prices depending on traded quantities.
My postings
You can see all your postings on the platform, modify them, delete, clone, or "freeze". The red symbol indicates expired activities, the yellow symbol indicates those that will expire withing the next few days.
"I wish to have my postings automatically daily updated" allows you to refresh your postings automatically every day as long as this checkbox is selected. Of course, only active postings will be uptdated.
My Bookmarks
Here you can check on buying offers and selling requests that you bookmarked during search.
Q: What is "cloning"?
A: This function enables you to faster copy any activity and then make minor modifications. This enables you to set up new
activities faster, if they are similar to previous ones.
Show Matches
Just by a mouse-click you receive an overview over all activities that match your active buying requests or selling offers.
Advanced search
Refine your search by different criteria like brand, model, country, user-ID etc.
Traders Galery
Here you can see the traders list with their posted offers and requests.
Notice board
Here you can see trader's annountces about mobile phones and other products.
My announces
